These Terms govern your use of prmpts, the platform for saving, organizing, and sharing AI prompts. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using prmpts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, attempting to disrupt the service, or scraping data without permission.
4. Content & Ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts and content you create. By publishing a prompt publicly, you grant other users the right to view, copy, and use it. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, prmpts shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
